COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Schneider Electric 2IE3100451 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 509992172R11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6002BZ10200A1335 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4015645300 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Abb Brand 57350001CN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Atlas-Copco such as 37056000000 equipment made by Atlas-Copco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atlas-Copco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atlas-Copco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6002BZ10200A2616 made by Abb as well as the popular 3869097300131VDCR010VI010V original spares produced by Control-Concepts Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 44A739028G01R09 by Ge-Fanuc and 37056000000 spares by Atlas-Copco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2705T11J3SERIESD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
